      The commute was very nice.

      Cons

      Atmosphere is very dry, as though you are not allowed to casually talk to anyone. If you are a creative person, this company will crush it. I cant believe I quit my previous employer of 5 years to work for this company, only to have them fire me for what I believe to be personal reasons. Hence, the complaint I filed with the EEOC (Equal Employer Opportunity Commission). I now understand why turnover at this company is so high.

      ATI is a collaborative and welcoming work environment. The passion the employees have is inspiring. There are phenomenal learning and growth opportunities. The managers, and CEO truly care about the employees and helping with their professional growth. There are great work perks and a work-life balance with a flex work schedule. ATI is a wonderful, and professional operation. It is an environment where everyone helps each other, and team work is encouraged. The leadership is completely in touch with the business. This is by far one of the most employee friendly company I have worked for. Management is constantly looking ahead at the company's progress and making sure they are staying competitive with the industry. Great benefits, great pay, and great environment.

      Company culture is infectious CEO is motivating and relates to his employees Transparency from the top down Great benefits Plenty of training opportunities Beautiful, well-kept building and grounds with running trails
