They really did care for the advancement and training of employees, which was really nice

Cons

It always just felt like I was drowning in work for the amount I was getting paid, and because the turn over was so high, it just felt like more kept getting piled on

Hybrid work schedule, only going in twice a week

Cons

There was a lot more drama than I would expect for a company that claims to be the best in SC. They seem to only promote laterally for many positions. So much red tape it is difficult to get anything done. If you are allowed to do things, there seems to be a lot of distrust coming from the top down.

Pros

ATI is a great company to work for. They value their employees and have great work/life balance. They are very flexible and accommodating when life happens, which is huge. If you want to grow in your career and put in the time and effort, the career opportunities are endless. The company is only going to continue to grow and so will the advancement opportunities.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities for part-time employees Only 4 weeks of paid parental leave (I think this is going up in January)
