Pros

Very growth/sales oriented outsourcing organization. Opportunities are available for advancement while the company is in this growth phase. ATS has some very hard working, loyal employees at the company within the corporate offices and out at the plants.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership. Company is attempting to standardize, but struggles to do so. Too much emphasis on financial/sales/growth vs. important customer and employee satisfaction and relations. Many of the staff in the corporate offices that lead the organization have never worked in a manufacturing facility before, and lack understanding of the maintenance/reliability function, and how it operates within a manufacturing facility. Poor morale in plants and corporate offices.

The processes for project management is agile and a scrum happens every day in the morning to track tasks which is an effective technique.

Cons

Budget restraints and a slight disconnect from the business entities who controls the work but does not understand how best to use the development team when using agile. Works gets thrown in.

Great company potential that at times senior management loses direction at site level.

Cons

Customer demands, poor communication, lean management and tend to side with customer even at expense of employee doing what has been ask...basically throwing their own people under the bus for a dollar. Work life balance is completely disregarded. Mission statement alone reflects its value of its people. As they are mentioned one time..
