This type of accusation should be referred to our Ethics hotline with all of the factual details so we can properly investigate and take any pertinent action. In regards to compensation, we do market studies annually and pay positions based on the market and qualifications of the position.

The best part of working for ATS was I used my experience with them to get a better paying job. Thanks ATS!

Cons

Management and HR are in cahoots. If you have a problem, forget about it being resolved fairly. Turnover rate is ridiculous. Benefits are horrible. They go on and on about how their ethics are stellar. Not true. Their "ethics" are the worst I've ever seen. One can read the other reviews, all over the country, and see the common thread of unethical behavior being a complaint. They simply don't care about the average worker.

Great benefits. The company offers all the needed extras; medical, dental, vision, 401k, 2 weeks vacation. They have a ton of opportunity if you happen to get the chance. They are still small enough to see exposure from the leaders of the company but large enough to grow.

Cons

I worked there for over two years WITH my four year degree. Made just barely above minimum wage the entire time. Was a hard worker, always seeking professional development. Even emailed the CEO once (who personally showed great integrity and kindness). How can you expect good talent to stick around when they can't even pay the interest on their student loans?
