      Pros

      The processes for project management is agile and a scrum happens every day in the morning to track tasks which is an effective technique.

      Cons

      Budget restraints and a slight disconnect from the business entities who controls the work but does not understand how best to use the development team when using agile. Works gets thrown in.

      Pros

      If you're maintenance career minded, with a complimentary business driven personality, ATS is a very attractive company. Management is looking for leaders who can transform the company to next levels. Growth potential is very solid for those who can demonstrate leadership (formal & informal) towards moving the needle.

      Cons

      In many cases you have to be a self starter, versus receiving much "hands-on" management.

      Pros

      The company seems to have a great strategy and the benefits are good. They are successful in most cases.

      Cons

      Depending on whigh location you are at they can have what seems to be a small budget which takes away from raises and needs within the site. Promotions seem hard to come by. Recruiters tell you that you will get a review after 90 days to see where you will be placed as far as tech level and pay but you are told otherwise upon being hired.
