Pretty good benefits (paid time off, full health coverage, 401k, etc), helpful colleagues, nice facilities, some opportunities for OT, exposure to a large number of companies and technologies.

Cons

Underwhelming pay, very limited room for advancement (in the IT services department at least), some favoritism, irritating micromanagement.

I enjoy the work that I do and the company that I work for. My job lets me deal with new challenges everyday, testing my abilities and keeps me focused

Cons

The Con is that I work for a contract company,i can give a 100 percent but in the end it is still not up to me whether or not I get to keep my job.
