Business Outlook
Pros
Overall the work culture at my facility was a positive experience. There was further education on safety procedures and some other skills that you could do during downtime. I was able to quickly move up a few positions during my few years there.
Cons
Because they are contract maintenance work if they lose the contract to the facility the options are stick with the company and if you are lucky they have another job nearby, move to stay with the company, or find another job. My position only had 1 job opening nationally at the time of our contract ending and it was 5 states away.
