      company values safety and has a growth mindset

      Cons

      there are some difficulties with opportunities for advancement. It's a contract company, so really it provides an entry point into the market and will allow you the experience to move on to a career with more career advancement opportunities.

      Company usually compensates you fairly. Co-workers are generally helpful and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Management seems to have a lack of communication sometimes between their higher-ups and the work force they manage. Whether by design or not, there is often times a disconnect.

      None that I can think of at the moment, seems to be great at everything. Sure it's a large corporation so you have a little bit of corporate America but that's normal.
