Pros

The company has a good culture, good people and generally good growth. If you work in manufacturing and technology, good choice for opportunities. The opportunities often times require relocation or a lot of travel.

Cons

Strong focus on the bottom line (not unlike many companies), however commitment to people can suffer. Company is very dependent on customer contracts, contracts end so do the jobs associated with them.

Great company, awesome atmosphere, great people.

Cons

They over-extended themselves, and caused quite a few people to lose their jobs when they lost a minor contract.
