      ATS UK is the WORST company I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      The Managing director is probably the most approachable person within the entire organisation. As an individual he's pretty great and is genuinely interested in the happiness and development of his staff.

      Cons

      Middle management team is a joke! Not to say there aren't a few decent guys amongst them but there's quite a few egotistical individuals with little knowledge who feel the best way to manage is by bullying those around you.
