Pros

The company has a good culture, good people and generally good growth. If you work in manufacturing and technology, good choice for opportunities. The opportunities often times require relocation or a lot of travel.

Cons

Strong focus on the bottom line (not unlike many companies), however commitment to people can suffer. Company is very dependent on customer contracts, contracts end so do the jobs associated with them.

Pros

Pay was ok, management team was ok. Communications were good. Virtual meetings and conference calls were the most frequently used meeting methods. Good to basically stand alone in the immediate work. No boss standing or looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Being third party in the work environment sucks!! Benefits were lackluster and high cost. If there is a customer complaint, you could lose your job without any further recourse, complaint could be stated, or unknown.
