      Competitive pay and benefits, solid leadership specifically mid to high level management. Training and development opportunities. Advancement opportunities as well. Slow to steady positive growth as a company.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities can require relocation to other sites.

      A lot of great people to work with throughout the company Growing company year over year Lots of potential business in the industry (growth opportunities)

      Cons

      Focus from senior leadership seems to be on Revenue (not profit) Senior leadership are not 'in tune' with the front line employees and what service level is actually being delivered Glass ceiling for minorities and females (almost all senior level managers and executives are white men) Glass ceiling for internal employees (director level and above are all hired from outside the company) culture is changing to be focused on making the most money without focusing on the employees Too Sales focused/dominated
