      They bought you lunch occasionally - that’s about it .

      Cons

      Many. Least of all, the top management were out of touch, incompetent and mildly sociopathic. Mid level managers were sycophantic despite knowing what was going on. However, guys and gals working at the coal face were hard working, talented and a pleasure to work alongside.

      we list a lot of benefits of work at ATS : work safety constant development good benefits But the most important in my opinion its a job culture always focus on teamwork.

      Cons

      Some positions require a greater workload, which is not good for work-life balance.
