      Patriarchal culture, all managers and especially senior level are all men Most people who work here are very conservative Boring place to work

      Annual reviews were on time.

      Did not receive support or respect from management or corporate. Expected one person to do the job of 3-4. The company is mismanaged.

      Pros

      They do treat employees with respect and compensate more than fairly to those who perform up to the requirements of the job. They also practice what they preach by putting a mans or womans family first along with SAFETY!!!!!

      Cons

      A good part of management has no experience in the line of work or service that we provide to a customer, and they tend to get involved or try to help under some circumstances at the wrong time.
