      Pros

      Leave after they have paid for training, certs, etc.

      Cons

      Their HR personnel feel high n mighty and will discuss performance of employees as if they are better than they are or even have a clue as to what they do. Very unprofessional. There is a good ol boys club. You want to be in it... kinda. If you're not, just keep your head down and get out when you can.

      As more sites implement the Operating System, we're finding the communication improves. We're also monitoring our Voice of Technician surveys to see where we have communication gaps.

      Great Training, Safety Nazis, A lot of contracts if you do not mind moving.

      Cons

      They say 5-8's you work 8-12 hour days 15-18 days straight. Because surprise were working this weekend any volunteers? No volunteers so now you are told who will work this weekend. So much for 5-8's. PDM's they will drive you crazy with their PDM's and CI's (Continuous Improvement). DO NOT SIGN A RELOCATION AGREEMENT. EVER!
