My manager does not respond, really not many in leadership respond, When my manager does respond he doesn’t know the know annythin and gives no solutions or support. He is a smooth talker only. My second level is very knowledgeable and responsive but he does nothing about my managers performance. Upper management talks a big game but lets the customer run over the site teams. They really just don’t care about the lower level employees.
