Pros

Safety program really is one of the best in class. Pay scale is average and fair. Alot of opportunities if you are able to relocate.

Cons

Lack of teamwork. Lack in developing people. Ranges from no management support to micromanagement. Lack of appreciation.

Pros

If you are a beginning IT person you can learn a lot here. If you can get in the Ameren or CAT accounts, these would be great to learn.

Cons

Management is always in panic mode. Management has no idea how to run a IT Services Business Lower than average pay. They always try to find a way to pay people less. After you reach manager there is no where to go from there. Always feels like at some point your going to walk in and they will have closed the doors. Stop letting the customers walk all over you. One account has a 250 call limit. After that ATS gets NO money for this. What business school do they tell you to work for free?

Pros

Overall the environment is pretty relaxed; but you are expected to learn and do your job. The environment is like that of a call center. 1 hour for lunch and 2 15 minute breaks. This is my first full time job after college; seems like a good place to start.

Cons

They're a 24/7 365 operator so you may have to work 3rd shift; but if your new they will most likely keep you day shift for the learning process.
