Pros

Pay was ok, management team was ok. Communications were good. Virtual meetings and conference calls were the most frequently used meeting methods. Good to basically stand alone in the immediate work. No boss standing or looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Being third party in the work environment sucks!! Benefits were lackluster and high cost. If there is a customer complaint, you could lose your job without any further recourse, complaint could be stated, or unknown.

Close to home and only Monday through Friday.

Cons

Clueless management that thinks they can manage IT Services like they manage their Factory Maintenance business. We had weekly conference calls and they wanted everyone to read off of... we called them prayer cards, the companies corporate beliefs. This is what went on at the beginning of their weekly conference calls.

Pros

Great place for those you want a career in the manufacturing industry. Company has appeared to find its niche with its "we make factories run better" motif. Should have a steady stream of revenue as long as Caterpillar doesn't go belly up.

Cons

TONS of turnover, probably for a variety of reasons. Management is solely concerned with the bottom line and survival, leaving has little room for employees' personal growth. The majority of individuals in management I worked with were ineffectual and petty, and related poorly with those they worked with and supervised. The general vibe of most employees was rather depressed.
