      Site management will not deal with employee issues. Preach safety but certain people are not held accountable for safety violations.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. They promote developing people from within and provide many opportunities for upward growth. They support continuous education and seek for continuous improvement. Safety is taking seriously and every employee is empowered to make a difference.

      Cons

      Contracts. Most of Advanced Technology Services (ATS) employees are out in the field working at customer sites under contracts. Now this has worked very well from many years but the nature of business and contracts means that there is no guarantee for permanence.

      good benefits, good culture, did not feel micromanaged. yearly performance reviews, nice opportunities to grow if willing to move.

      Cons

      last manager was more into only caring for numbers and processes than people. but prior managers were awesome, nice and helpful. Not many opportunities at a local level to grow but only at their headquarters. compensation in the low spectrum of the industry.
