The company I was contracted at had great engineers, and I was able to get some good experience straight out of school.

Cons

Management is disconnect, and there is a large turnover rate. Dont expect a raise, or any form of advancement.

Sales staff promises services which can not be provided. Company is growing too fast which is forcing them to make decisions not conducive to continued, long term, growth.
