stay away.....huge turnover....with no support.....

.....none......oh wait.....maybe the hours....and the finger print security system, kept me safe.....

Cons

....too much to list.......they cater to the REHAB applicant......they all get fed by the state....if you know what I mean.....like the MAFIA.......stay away....get a real job.....

They do have a decent training program. Pay is pretty standard with the national average.

Cons

The management at the regional and local level is constantly changing, no contintunity and no concern for the ones that make the money for the company. I feel upper management is too engrossed in the business end to hear what the maintenance technicians at all levels have to say about issues. The 401 is always changing.

As we grow, this continues to be a challenge for us, but we are definitely working on it! Every year, when we do our Employee Engagement Survey, we do careful analysis to see the trends that need to be addressed.
