      Pros

      -Opportunity to jump in and take on new challenges -you can develop into new roles if you show interest and take initiative -you can get a broad range of experience because you are involved with customers from all industries

      Cons

      -salaries for all levels of employees appear to be under market value -understaffed at all levels -invest in new tools and technologies, but has difficulty implementing and seeing the benefit because they do not account for the time and resources to implement and manage

      Pros

      Good core cultural commitments, Good with training and personal growth. Gives you some flexibility to move around if you need to or want to.

      Cons

      Company politics. Choice of 401K provider. Lack of cohesion between team members. Requirements for raises but not given authority that would allow you to reach the goals given in many cases.

      Pros

      Compensation, benefits, flexibility. Great working environment (co-workers both Caterpillar and ATS, technology...etc) CAT Tech Center Mossville

      Cons

      In my opinion, management is abysmal at almost every level except first line supervisors and team leaders. There again, they are only capable within the amount of leash allowed from their superiors (choke collar in reality) Vast number of employees are not held accountable for policy breaches; as long as you are socially adept and excel at schmoozing. High concentration of double standards. Ol' Boys network to advance and/or survive layoffs. Nothing is weighed on merit and not enough technical opportunities for advancement. Advancement ladder is biased toward management. Constant threat of layoff/furlough/trough. (Seems like every quarter) Contract atmosphere and you are made well aware of it.
