Poor yearly raises, 401k is garbage. Company did compensate us any extra while working through the pandemic. No retention bonuses for existing employee's while offering hiring bonuses. They will bring in new hires at the same or a higher pay wage than existing employees with much more experience who have been there for years.

The management culture was lacking. My immediate supervisor was a controlling micromanagement. If it was not his idea, it was not a good one. Was working 10+ hours a day and some weekends doing the job of 3 different positions.
