      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Communication is so important. For the latest information, log on to the intranet (ATS home hub) and attend the Friday Meetings and Town Halls when possible. There are recordings available on the intranet if you can not watch the live meetings. Also, look out for emails from Employee Communications and use Yammer and the FMS Operating System Tier Boards at your site.       ATS empowers creativity and offers great benefits. I was rewarded for thinking outside the box and developing cost efficient solutions to logistical problems.

      You are at the mercy of your contract with the customer.
