      Pros

      If you are looking for a company that has zero accountability then this is the place.

      Cons

      The site managers are usually ex military with zero experience. They literally know nothing. The health insurance is horrible. The retirment is horrible. The company is so top heavy I can not believe it hasnt gone under. ATS has more people in the corporate offices getting paid very good money for producing squat. The recruiters lie to you and tell you that everything at the site is fabulous and the customer loves ATS. This most likely is false. ATS is losing sites left and right. The screw you every which way they can. Do not belive the reruiters for even one second. Just find another company to work for.

      If you want to advance in the company their is a lot of opportunity it is up to you though on what you want from your career.

      Cons

      Dealing with the costumer and having your hands tied and not being able to perform your job how it should be done.
