Pros
Friendly managers, some better at actually managing, but all easy to get along with.
Cons
Established divisions seem to be run well, but any unique or new type of set up with business models seems to be really rough going. Good ideas, but not always the right people to set it up for success. Hourly employees paid very well, but some salaried ones end up working a lot of uncompensated overtime (depending on position and location).
