The ATS family culture is truly like non other. The leadership team is very engaged and deeply care about the employee's within. The sales team has clear and concise goals and objectives with roadmaps for success. Great place to work

Pros

I have been at ATS for almost 15 years and it is the company that I want to retire from. They have a great culture that values employees. Safety is a fundamental value and is deeply ingrained in the organization. With their growth, I have been able to grow my career and my area of responsibility at ATS . There will be more opportunities to come given they are projected to double their size over the next few years. Would highly recommend!

What attracted me to ATS in early 2011 and the reason I stayed is the culture of the company. It is no joke real and it is emotionally and psychologically safe environment servicing really great customers
