Pretty much awful management all the way up to the top. After poor management decisions by the execs, layoffs are quickly and sloppily made throughout the organization. Upper management frequently lies and makes promises they don't keep.

Lack of vision and leadership, lack of training, lack of promotions, no life/work balance, and no motivation or incentives. Allow employees to have an opinion on topics that involve them.
