Cons

Heartless. After I gave my resignation and 2 week notice, my credentials were immediately invalid. I call my boss to be told they are processing my termination right away. Then refused to answer any questions and threatened all my coworkers not to talk to or even respond or they will lose their job. I was a loyal and outstanding employee with nothing but great feedback and reviews. I have a high level of integrity and was truly hurt by this calloused behavior.

Good entry level jobs for College and High School kids.

Cons

Anti-Worker Company. Every rule, policy, benefit, is carefully crafted to work against the employees interests. Overtime, Vacation, Work Hours, all manipulated to benefit company at expense of the employee. Then after years of service they will toss you out with no reason to save money and cut costs, all they care about. Business founder and owner was anti-union due to bad experiences witnessed when he worked at Caterpillar, made sure his rules would always benefit Company at expense of the employee.
