Small company with flexibility. Nice people. Family ownership and feel. Excellent resume builder for installation and RF experience. Small 401k plan, but it is better than nothing. Upper office managers stellar. Leadership lacking everywhere else.

Intensive travel No employee development plan, nowhere to grow or advance Benefits are minimal No training plan Technicians are sent into field with little to no experience Difficult on-call schedule Serious lack of diversity No inclusive work environment Will be made to feel like outsider if you don't fit in with managers and supervisors
