This has been the best supported sales role I’ve ever been in and I’ve held quite a few. Sales training is provided, industry knowledge is deep with many experienced people willing to share. You even get access to the technical team on a regular basis to ask questions and bring obstacles to attention. Everyone is engaged in your success. Company culture is great - very caring and people centric while remaining focused on growth.

The company does its best to take care of employees. Offers quarterly bonuses for the entire company if we make our numbers. Every company meeting (every other week) we discuss examples of our core values and can recognize each other. The company supports employees going through life threatening illnesses, frequently asks you what you need to get your job done. In sales we have access to senior management and engineering twice a week if we need it, to discuss what the customer needs and how we can best make it happen. We are encouraged to give back to our communities and ownership sets the example.
