- Free Nihongo Classes - Reimbursable Passed Technical Certificate (only for cheap certificates, < $200) - Paid Training - Leave Credits (15 VL, 15 SL) - Hybrid Setup (60% RTO, 40% WFH every two weeks) - Flexible Time in - Time out as long as you completed 9 hours. (6:00 - 1:00PM) - Opportunity for Japan

Cons

- If you will undergo ACTION Training you will have 2 year bond, exclusive of training (total of 2 years and 6 months) - Not competitive salary - Salary does not reflect workload - Career Progression is Slow - Ladderization of Promotion Probability - Salary adjustment for promotion can go as low as 600 pesos. - Promotion requirements may change overtime without prior notice. - You don't get to choose your desired path / track of career. Wherever people are needed, you will be deployed there. - When assigned for japan for more than 3 months, you will have another 1 year of bond that will not will not overlap with your existing bond and will only start once you return to office in the Philippines, - Facility is not conducive for working. - Laptops are slow, and is either refurbished or repurposed. - No inhouse training for specialized technologies. - No inhouse nurse and doctor.
