Good colleagues, and non-toxic work environment, cannot say for on-site employees. ACTION training for entry-level employees.

Cons

Pay is relatively low and they don't cater to your tech stack. Inconsistent promotion criteria. Note that their increase in salary happens when you are promoted and so that means yearly increase is not a thing.
