Bad management, rarely have any say with your projects even if you are team lead, work schedule is non-negotiable, worst experience was over 200 hours of OT in a month, low pay, 2 year bond after training, since deadlines are not negotiable you need to pick up the slack of non-performers, performance review is a joke,
