Pros

1. Chance to work at Japan. This means a minimum extra money of $37 per day on Japan for allowance, with house and utility bills shouldered by the company. There are also many other employees assigned in different locations in Japan. This means that you can stay at their houses and also ask them to be your local guide if you plan to travel to different locatons in Japan. 2. Exposure to Nihongo. If you are motivated enough, the company has Native Japanese Teachers to help you. 3. Has a flexible time in system. You can negotiate with your manager the time you get in to the office. 4. Extra bonus of about $150 monthly for JLPT L2 passers and twice that for L1 passers.

Cons

1. If you happen to be assigned to a demanding Japanese client, expect the overtime to reach about an average of 60 to 80 hours per month. I am quite dissapointed at the management that few of them do anything about it. 2. Most of the employee's skills are subpar, which means other employees need to compensate in order to fulfill the ambitious promises made by the management to the client. 3. Most good employees get dissatisfied and left the company, therefore, only few senior employees can be counted on.
