Vision is complete and valuable. Mission is simple. Work and demands are challenging, but reasonable.

Cons

Constant change. Culture is seriously troubled right now; backbiting, CYA, people getting run over by buses all the time. Work-life balance is seriously lacking - if you choose to work from home or take your much-needed vacation, you'll be talked about negatively by associates.
