Pros

The coworkers are great and they have a good education system to help you learn the product. They lay out training nicely for you to then implement in with the client.

Cons

Low pay for industry and amount of work you do. Minimal work life balance. Constantly defending a broken product to customers who would benefit on a different system. You essentially are always putting a square peg in a round hole trying to get the ehr to work for their clinics. Low room for advancement because it’s a who you know not if you’re more experienced/qualified.

Pros

Good billing software. Good health record for some specialties. Pay can be good.

Cons

The software is better for some specialties than it is for others. Some teams will need to cold call more than others. When you're hired they put you where they need you. In the two years I was there, lots of turnover.
