Management is inconsistent with what they put up with from person to person. You might get called out rudely, in front of others where they can hear at their cubicles. You might get laughed at too, they might think it's just a joke, but it is a call out. Very clique environment and favoritism. It's best to stay quiet or you are targeted, but unless you are liked, then it's alight. Many have left. The approach is based if you are liked or not. Can't tell what you'll get and depends on the mood of the day.

Although the CEO is a great leader, he needs to be more in tune with what's going on at the lower levels. The lower leadership team have been working at Advancial so long they are clueless on how to actually lead. Most of them have never worked anywhere else so it's not their fault they don't know what they are doing, they really need to be trained and learn true leadership skills. While we worked through the pandemic we were told by our direct leader we should be grateful for a job. They gossip a lot, your personal/private business is all over the credit union, I know this because I knew some very personal things about a lot of employee's that I should not have known. Things that should be confidential are not, if you apply for a job EVERYONE knows that you applied, again I know this because almost every job that was posted I was told and knew who applied. Most of the employees are in certain positions because they've been there a long time, their friend is the hiring manager, or they are well liked. They are not qualified and have zero education to back it up. If you want to go nowhere fast this is the place for you.
