They have the Advancio University, where you can learn and develop your technical skills as Programming, Leadership, English. About your Career Growth Plan, you can follow it up with your Lead. They organize many events to promote Team Building. Definitely, this is a well-being workplace. Working five days at week and home office make life balance easier.

Cons

I would like to see to more different projects with different kind of business but well I also know, they are focused only in some business areas.
