work tasks are not interesting, we worked on very old spaghetti code, in a very small working area with very limited space, also the bathroom is just behind the computer. Pay is very low compared to the market.

Long hours + you must come to work Saturdays, and you are expected to work from home without overtime pay whenever the client feels like he needs something. Everything is laughable about the company, especially the "culture". They're delusional thinking they will get clients "from all around the world" with nothing to show. They failed multiple projects in the past, and will in the future again, they have no idea what they're doing. Office is lousy and extremely small in area, lousy bathroom. Lots of employees have already quit, many of them are looking for jobs.
