1. HR: company is completely run by the HR department, even the technical department. They keep giving orders about tasks and work they have no clue about.
2. Workload: Not divided properly or even based on the skill sets of the engineers. Completely ignorance about what their calibers can do.
3. Upper Management: I am pretty sure none of them went to school not even college. They have no clue about anything and all they care for is how to annoy the employees. If they ever have the chance to make us work for free they will (which they did in this crisis with some people).
4. Crisis Management: No crisis management, just like the previous point. I’m sure None of them went to college or understands how to handle a crisis. They don’t mind risking the employees life for cash. They deliberately ignore the employees raised flags about danger and their need for a response from them. And their lesson learned from any crisis is yes we will have you risk your life and if you fear for your life and ask for another solution, their indirect answer is that you will be fired.
5. Quality “Department”: This is just a joke, a couple of people sitting behind their desks doing absolutely nothing and cashing in their paychecks at the end of every month
6. CEO: A complete idiot, any female can control him easily. Has no idea how to run a company like this. Lost a lot of amazing and great calibers with his childish acts.
7. Raises and Promotions: none of that happens, they are based on the appraisal that they don’t do and even if they did, it’s not taken into consideration
8. Appraisals: A complete joke and waste of time.
