Incompetent managers, who understand nothing about leading and retaining employees. They do their best to suck out all of your potential without giving anything in return. The HR make your exit procedures unnecessarily hard, and they try to impede your paperwork as much as they can. They understand so little about your legal rights as an employee and they work really hard to workaround the law to take advantage of you.

*There is no career path. *Lots and lots of instability within the teams, they can fire someone with no obvious reasons and not retain someone who is very good and has been working for them for years for basic requirement. *almost 40-50 persons left within less than a year due to different reasons mostly related to the company. *Pay cuts for every possible reason they can think of (corona -even though they were profiting with multiple projects and multiple new contracts- and before it strict attendance policy or no annual increase or whatever reason). *Toxic env. Everyone is just there to show his manager that he/she is doing his/her work even if it's not true. *The ones that get promoted with very little difference. *Salaries are below market. *Management are not helping with any issues and may create more problems for you. *I didn't see anyone leaving peacefully, there is always delay in deciding the end date (you may stay the 2 month notice just for the hell of it) or delay in giving you your papers back or you looking for every manager just to sign your papers. *If you have an issue, the HR will not help you! *You can work overtime without paying you anything.
