Pros
Actually I don’t see anything positive here cause they sooner or later will quit. There’s no work load, some people see that it’s an advantage while it’s very dangerous in career wise cause years in your career will pass without gaining new knowledge or experience will low salary. You may meet some good managers that will courage you to leave cause they want to leave that place also because of upper management and will make good relationships with them and will make friends. But be aware that every qualified and perfect person leaves that place as soon as possible. So take care of any person who tries to make you believe that this is the best place on the earth. The main advantage was traveling to Europe and North America for long periods and it was essential in interviews, any one who not allowed to travel was rejected immediately. But now, because they lost the partnership with the biggest customer they had, it became very rare to travel. You may only travel to KSA or Dubai if you’re hired in software department and their goal now is to make all work done from Egypt not from customer side to save more money. They currently not issue visas for many employees, may be one or two employees be in the same country in the same time for the shortest possible period so most of traveled employees work more than 12 hours daily to finish all work in a very short period to save some money. Basically, if they steal your life if they offered you a travel chance.
Cons
1- Low salaries and no benefits (mobile allowance, transportation allowance, Profit share, etc.) 2- Very low annual raise. 3- No vision. 4- They only care about collecting money whatever the mean. For example, if you travel they will reject some food or solar receipts and will make you pay them while they ask the customer to refund them so they earn money from you in a very unethical way. The same for your food allowance and perdeim, they are very low compared with what the customer pays for you to them. 5- Working from home policy is very poor. It was 2 days/week but now it became very hard to work from home whatever your project conditions. 6- Overtime process not clear to make them don’t pay much for you. 7- Sign in and out is very restricted, and they don’t care about your meetings appointments and working conditions. 8- They don’t respect employees and suddenly they may ask you to leave the laptop and quit with no previous notification. 9- Policies may be changed many times per year to match the upper level management needs that’s why you can’t refer to them anytime you need cause they always not be in your side. 10- In RPA team, in your first day when you sign contract they will surprise you by a commitment band that if you leave in first year you should pay 3 moths of the last net salary transferred to you and in the second year you should pay 2 months other wise they will suspend your salary from the date you sign your resignation till the end of your notice period whatever reasons you’re leaving because. In that case, if you’re not fresh grad, you have to sign cause you already left your old job for them. 11- Travel team may cause you some troubles and you may be rejected in many embassies interviews because they apply for a wrong visa type or not prepare all required papers. You need to follow up with them and actually you may need to guid them cause they aren’t qualified enough for that role. 12- roles and responsibilities of managers and team leaders aren’t clear, and HR team is always correct and limits any managers capabilities. 13- They don’t care if you’re idle and will not fight to utilize your skills cause actually they can’t plan for you and will not invest in you.
