-Poor salary and they say that it is competitive -extremely bad treatment for the engineers from the HR team adminstrative team and management -want to enslave you for a period of time and when you want to leave they make you pay 2 months salary in return in addition to a 2 months notice period - they charge you for the internet you use while working from home if you asked for an internet bundle or if you have any issues with your home internet - inconsiderate for any issues you might face while working from home - you might work overtime without getting paid and yet you can't leave the task you are working on to the next day - engineers are underpaid relative to the money they make the company - threatening and delaying your paper work if you want to leave - no career path - no competitors you can go to after Advansys
