It gives you opportunity to visit USA and they have AXA medical health care insurance which is important

Cons

They can lay anyone off at any time. They are not organized at all. There is no planning and most of the team leaders there do not have any communication or interpersonal skills at all. All what they have is technical skills.

Working from home policy. Not a bad community.

Cons

Not the best managerial decisions. Managers treat their employees incredibly horribly, without any sense of regard to their benefit nor comfort. You’ll work as a sub-contractor and that’s not the best position to be in. Will terminate your contract the second they sense the market demand is slowing down. HR department employees were a complete nightmare!
