Pros
- Nice environment. - Relaxing environment. Work load is not high. - If you are lucky to travel, that will be the only benefit to have. - You may grow in the business engagement with the customer.
Cons
Don’t count! - Very bad management. - The HR is running the company the way they like. - You will mot take the salary you deserve. - Don’t believe the work from home benefit, as they tend to bend it the way they like. - No appreciation for the effort done or the extra miles. - Can’t even begin talking about how bad the management is!! - No vision at all and they kept depending on Dematic too much. - If you are in your mid-career, you will not gain much more experience. - Management focuses on expanding some departments more than others, which leads to the decay of the more successful ones. - You will not take the benefits you deserve unless you complain, otherwise, you’ll take nothing.
