Only your work collages and salary on time

Cons

During your work at that company you will feel unstable as employee turn over is very huge. The company use the threat style with employees too. There is no clear process during work phases. The company have no morals as they may hire employees and fire them after one or two months as they shutdown the department [if you will shutdown the department why you hire employees].

No process for the software division, Very bad experience on how to handle a customer, Not honest on any ethical contract bases, Very high turn over-ratio especially software division, HR there are not abiding by labor law on the contrary tries to bind it in every way possible, Amateurs managers with no on hand experience on software field in general, Keeps spending money on their appearances other than spending it to enhance employees lifestyle.

- the courses (but of course stayed there for 1.5 years and didn't take any)

Cons

-Unstable company - the worst management you'll ever find - if they don't want you in the company they will do all the twisted ways to get you out of the company without taking any compensation. - the management there with 2 faces a kind face in the public meeting and social media and a very bad face with the employees.
