- Good environment but unstable. - Salary on time

Cons

- During your work at that company you will feel unstable as employee turn over is very huge. - There is no clear process during work phases. The company have no morals as they may hire employees and fire them after one or two months as there is no business need And that because the management is not mature enough. - Managment take actions based on market volatility not based on solid studies - Weak top management CEO, HR and commercial - no business ethics.

Nice and helpfully colleagues. stable company because it have a strategy partnership with Dematic, which is a market leader in logistics solutions.

Cons

Advansys is outsourcing for Dematic, so Dematic engineers will do there best to keep you away from there technology. If you are a fresh engineer you will be welcome to go to the site to became a dumb helper, But if you are well experienced then the will keep you in Cairo away from the technology creators.
