Work From Home ... People stay working for this company for those two days working from home every week. If you have no work and it happens a lot so consider it a vacation except a dump meeting at the end of the day .

Cons

- low pay - no technical experience - the company has no vision - HR department is not the best, they do not listen - A CEO works like a secretary in the company with no vision or effective role.
