Good working environment, Flexible hours, good package for fresh graduates

Cons

little chance to get hands-on technical experience, slightly unclear future, management are more inclined to expand software services and are somewhat ignoring the potential in mechanical dept.

Nothing for me, seems all negative.

Cons

Illegal contract with lax terms, so silly managers, non-paid overtime, and will not gain more experience if you are in mid to top management level.
